Based on the proven FUM series, the Plasser CatenaryLiner 300 impresses with a patented innovation: the line laying system with a newly developed shoe-chain drive on the friction winches.
This ensures reliable and gentle transmission of the tension force to the wires to be wound – with tension forces of up to 38 kN, even under difficult ambient conditions. The result? Efficient overhead line installation in a single day of operation without the need for tedious readjustment of the catenary-type contact line.
The machine impresses with both technical innovation and a well thought-out design. The modular design enables easy maintenance and quick servicing operations. The hydrostatic drive ensures high traction on all axles. In addition, transfer travel at up to 100 km/h in both directions of travel is possible – a clear advantage for longer maintenance sections.
