Every four years, trade visitors come to Münster, Germany. It may not sound like an international hotspot, but you shouldn’t miss the show. The next iaf will be held from 30th May to 1st June 2017.
The Olympics of track technology: Münster has hosted iaf International Exhibition for Track Technology since 2003. Yet again in 2017, iaf promises to put record-breaking highlights for the railway infrastructure on show. Insight into practical operation and machine technology from close up is what this leading trade fair stands for. The exhibition grounds are located directly next to the tracks of Westphalian Railways. This makes it possible to put the latest track maintenance machines on show, some of them will even be put into operation.
Requirements to be met around the world vary greatly. However, the exchange of knowledge makes similarities and shared interests become apparent. These include training programmes for the cost-efficient operation of the machines ensuring the best work results. As early as in spring 2017, a new training era will begin.
